it’s all negotiable..

it's all negotiable

as
has been
our
nation’s
tradition
human rights
and
freedom
are
on the table
as
items
of
property
to be
the centerpiece
of
our flexible
moral
negotiable instrument
said
instrument
will
strictly
adhere to
the uniform commercial code
stringent efforts
will be made
to obscure
reality
from
the public
through
the use
of
previously
successful
political jargon
or
fear jabberwocky
about
one
ethnic group
or
another
these methods
have been
a full blown
bullet-proof
strategy
resonating
with
voter self-interest
please note
that
this
instrument
is
transferable
to
any entity
residing
in
or
having
control
of
needed resources
listed
in
the initial contract

comfort woman…

comfort woman

we
do not
speak
of
such
things
how
human souls
become
the distorted
entertainment
of
others
enslaved
and
forced
to
appease
another’s
lust
but
this is
our
world
and
freedom’s body
has
been
offered
on
the market

change what needs to be changed…

change what needs to be changed

a simple question
given all the wars on earth
how do we decide
whose freedom we should defend
sovereignty of a nation
or financial benefit
does the formula
include variables of race
or religious creed
are atrocities factors
number of unborn children
murdered in their mother’s womb
whatever is used
seems rather ineffective
given all the deaths
or perhaps no one’s listening
unable to hear beneath
the rubble of self-interest

like a two bit whore…

like a two bit whore

willing to spread their legs
regardless of the price
those politicians who
choose to be expedient
disregarding their pledges

freedom’s song

ain’t no music
to be played
really
doesn’t matter
the song’s
been heard
before
with words
that
make promises
never
kept
for some reason
folks
always joined in
on
the chorus
guess
flaws are easily
concealed
when
the number
of
voices
are multiplied
but
those damn
solos
never seem
to
attract
a crowd
of
participants
it’s hard
to stand up
and
raise your voice
when
there’s
uncertainty
and
a voting audience
waiting in
judgement
to
contend with
easier
to
just wait
for
the
collective part
of
the song
the chorus
even if words
are
merely mouthed
you can’t
be proven
wrong
