Well said, Charlie. Sad how we feel like we need to “keep up with the Jones”–so to speak–selling our souls, in the process, to the Satan that is consumerism.
Let’s hope many will teach their children about sharing love and hope and peace, not presents for them but presents for the homeless. This time of year many need coats, hats, gloves, and scarves. Sleeping bags for those who refuse to go to the mission for shelter, and it happens.
